Becky is a senior HR professional with more than 18 years of experience. As Avove’s People Director, Becky played a vital role in the transition from Amey to Avove supporting Avove colleagues on this journey. During this time, she implemented a new operating model which delivered operational efficiencies and a new collaborative way of working.
Becky is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of the People & Culture function. She brings commercial awareness and challenges the business to think differently to improve business performance and employee engagement.
Becky is passionate about creating a great colleague experience and creating a culture that allows people to excel and grow. During her time at Avove, Becky has been working with the leadership team to develop an environment where our colleagues feel confident to speak up and engage with the business to improve performance and create a great place to work.
