With nearly 30 years of experience, he has managed operations across a number of leading utility clients – identifying and assessing opportunities for growth in both new geographical areas and new markets, including securing Water Asset Management Plan accounts and extensions to contracts. In the last 18 months, Neil has been at the forefront of our business development and expanding Avove’s reach into the telecoms sector.

Neil is passionate about providing the best support to his colleagues and delivering outstanding service to our clients. He values hard work and commitment, and is driven to build relationships both internally and externally. 

Neil has a Masters Degree in Engineering, Leadership and Management and is a Chartered Manager with the Member of the Chartered Management Institute. He has also achieved ILM Level 7 in leadership and management.
