Performing several roles throughout his career leading up to Business Director of Operations at Avove, Patrick originally started out as a gas labourer. His career progressed to becoming a Site Manager and moving into regional management at Balfour Beatty. He has worked with several leading utility clients gaining experience in delivery and operational management, leaving the company as Operations Director.

Patrick has vast experience and understanding of the industry and oversees all business operations, with a team of Account Directors and Account Managers. This includes the management of client relationships with leading utility companies, as well as Streetworks, Commercial and Health and Safety functions. He is passionate about being solution-focussed and delivering the best quality of service to our clients.
