Matt has more than 20 years of experience in the construction and utilities sector and has worked across the full spectrum of utilities including telecoms, electricity, clean and wastewater, repairs and maintenance and clean water capital works; with expertise in mobilising and leading high-value infrastructure contracts.
Matt leads a team delivering cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements culminating in the centralisation of a number of the contract functions. The most prominent is the centralisation of all Streetworks activity; undertaking all transactional services to more bespoke local authority liaison and financial allocation and recovery. The centralised team utilises its expertise to ensure the best service to our accounts, our clients and customers.
Matt oversees the United Utilities Metering contract, the centralised Streetworks function and the Safe-Dig print production team. He, with his team, is looking forward to continuing to deliver the highest quality service to our clients.
