Gilson Road team supporting ‘Mind’
We are proud to be working on the High Speed Two (HS2) project – the new high-speed railway for Britain – in Gilson Road, West Midlands. We are carrying out a diversion of a strategic sewer on behalf of Severn Trent – ensuring that water and sewerage services are delivered to thousands of homes and businesses across the region.
As part of the Gilson long sewer diversion project, we have teamed up with HB Tunnelling Ltd, G&V Gallagher Ltd., and CPC Civils to launch our 1800mm Tunnel Boring Machine ‘Katie’ into the ground and to support mental health charity MIND with our “The light at the end of the tunnel project” fundraiser, where we have donated £5,000 and as a collective have raised over £16,000.
As a team, we are keen to raise awareness of mental health issues, which are prevalent across the construction industry and play our part in continuing the conversation. To find out more about the project and how you can donate to Mind.
