David has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, much of which has been spent in the Utilities sector including ten years working with Wessex Water.

David was previously Senior Counsel at Amey plc where he covered a wide portfolio such as group procurement, some major road, rail, defence, power and water projects and frameworks. David brings a wealth of experience to Avove in both governance and operational management.
